Recommended use:
Take 3 capsules with each meal with water. Best taken with meals high in fat and starch (ie: bread, potatoes, pasta, grains, even chips - does not work with simple sugars). Take no more than 9 capsules daily. Do not use all the time. Best taken occasionally to help control your diet. Do not take with essential fatty acids (good fats).
