As an alternative to Lysine-C, take these Lysine tablets separately and add your own choice of Vitamin C supplement. Lysine is also a useful supplement for Herpes simplex (cold sore) sufferers to take when supplementing with Sx or Arginine.
Two tablets typically provide: 1000mg L-Lysine. 1000mg L-Lysine.
Suggested intake: Take 2 tablets, 1-3 times a day.
