Instructions for use * Rosemary Bath is best used in the morning only - it has very stimulating qualities and should not normally be used at night. * Add 1-2 teaspoons to your bath water. * There is no need to add a base oil. * Keep the bathroom door closed, stopping the aroma from escaping, and envelope yourself in the invigorating aroma. * Get into the bath (it must not be too not), relax and breathe in deeply! Hints and tips * Add a couple of drops to the water in the basin for washing your face - this is very therapeutic. If you have no time for a bath, then lots of warm Rosemary Bath compresses while washing your face has a very stimulating effect. * You can use this product after showering too - after washing yourself, soak a flannel in the warm spray, put a few drops of Rosemary Bath onto the flannel and rub it over your body, inhaling the aroma. Do not rinse off. * Rosemary Bath can also be used to deodorise and freshen a sickroom - just add a few drops to a bowl of warm water and allow the aroma to filter throughout the room. Because of its very stimulating qualities, do not use late in the afternoon/evening. * Try using Rosemary Bath if you tend to feel cold all the time, or if you tend to suffer from cold hands and feet. * Essential oil of rosemary is a cephalic oil, and is very good for head colds and headaches. It also aids the concentration - so try using the Bath Concentrate regularly when revising for an exam. Product Ingredients Rosemary Bath Rosemary Bath Rosemary Bath contains essential oil of Rosemary which warms and vitalises the body. The bath concentrates support the other skin care products. More information about Rosemary Bath Sulfated Castor (Ricinus Communis) Oil The oil is obtained from the seeds of the castor oil plant by cold expression. Glycerin Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis) Essential Oil Produced by steam distillation of Rosemary leaves giving a fresh, woody balsamic scent. This stimulating oil is excellent for circulatory disorders and fatigue. Alcohol Plant alcohol is used as a preservative and helps firm and tone the skin. It is derived from fermentation of fruit, maize and potatoes. The quantities of alcohol in the Dr.Hauschka preparations are not sufficient to dry out the skin. Jojoba (Buxus Chinensis) Oil This oil is obtained from the seeds of the Jojoba. Jojoba Oil spreads very well on the skin and is quickly absorbed, making it an excellent oil to use in skin care products. It has a structure similar to the skin's fat enabling a good penetration to the skin's deeper layers. It leaves a velvety feeling but doesn't leave an oily film. Fragrance (Parfum) A combination of specially blended, carefully chosen pure essential oils, unique for each preparation. Limonene This is a component of natural essential oil. Linalool This is a component of natural essential oil. Geraniol This is a component of natural essential oil. Citronellol This is a component of natural essential oil. Citral This is a component of natural essential oil. |
