Shipping: Free Standard delivery within the UK only Metro Pharmacy/Easywellbeing is committed to delivering your orders as fast and efficiently as possible, whether you're in a capital city or remote country area on the other side of the world. Once payment for your order has been received, we aim to dispatch it within 24 hours (but often on the same day) provided the items you order from us are in stock; we aim to deliver them direct to your door within 3 to 5 working days. Some items may take longer All orders are offered free Standard delivery within the UK only. This Standard Delivery service is RoyalMail Second Class with no tracking available, includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail delivery postal costs. You will have the option to upgrade to First Class Recorded or Special Delivery on checkout. International shipping is available and can only be tracked once the item has been signed for in your country. Unfortunately any addresses supplied to us that are PO BOX will NOT be offered with any tracking service. If you decide to use a PO BOX address then we are not liable for any delays or undelivered items. All other personal address will be tracked. We do NOT deliver these items to Aramex house as they are restricted to send on to some countries. Please provide an address in the UK or a personal address in your country that is NOT a PO BOX address, there is charge for this service. Please contact our Customer Services for more info. Products are dispatched within one to two working days via Royal Mail, and take approximately 2 to 5 working days to be delivered. We deliver all items in stock Monday to Friday. Orders placed during weekends and bank holidays or any public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Please send us an email if you have not received your order within delivery time offered. Metro Pharmacy/Easywellbeing is not liable for any losses that occur as a result of an incorrect address. Please check your details very carefully before confirming and finalising the order as we cannot cancel the order or refund any money lost due to an incorrect address. If there's no-one home when your item is delivered: If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your items, it is your responsibility to arrange for redelivery with Royal Mail. If there is no-one in when your items are delivered, the Royal Mail courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect your order. Delivery to Europe - Delivery to countries in Europe is charged at a rate of £10.00 per item. - Price may vary on weight. - Delivery is within 7-15 working days after products are dispatched. - Some items may take longer Delivery to rest of the world - Delivery to all other countries (excluding the UK and Europe) are at a rate of £15.00 per item. Returns & Replacements

Should you have a need to return goods, please e-mail healthshop@easywellbeing.com, or contact customer services by telephone on 020 8953 3320 between Mon-Fro 9.30am-4.30pm who will be pleased to assist you by forwarding a Returns Form. Once the Returns Form has been completed it must be sent back to us by email. Our customer services team will provide you with goods return authorisation which you must provide with your return. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us. When returning goods (except when goods are faulty), the customer will carry the cost of returning goods. To return products, please: 1. Complete and return the Returns Form (available by emailing healthshop@easywellbeing.com). 2. Carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you. Please include the goods return authorisation code with your order number, name, date of order and address details. 3. Send it back to: 11 Leeming Road, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 4EB United Kingdom Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. To help us process an exchange, refund or credit note when returning goods, we would be grateful if you could supply details of your order number, name, date of order and goods return authorisation code (provided by customer services). If the item is returned without a goods return authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery. We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Any refunds, exchange or credit will only be issued once we receive product(s) to our warehouse. CANCELLATIONS In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. You must contact us at healthshop@easywellbeing.com before returning an item to request a Returns authorisation code. If the item is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that if the item has already been shipped from our warehouse a £5 handling charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected. .

Ordering

You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 020 8953 3320. 1) Delivery charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. 2) You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. 3) We use secure sagepay payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or Delta/Connect. 4) Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. 5) All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate. 6) Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays. 7) Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
